Shipping Info
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and once the item has shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed; however, returns are still accepted. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by the postal service. During our Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.
We are not liable for lost or stolen items once delivered or if an incorrect address was entered. Once items are scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is the customer's responsibility to file claims for any missing or stolen items with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card company.
Damaged orders must be reported within 14 days, and the damaged package must be presented at your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf.
DOMESTIC ORDERS- Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. After processing, shipping typically takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination.
- While most domestic shipments are delivered within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery as processing and shipping times may vary.
- We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in the order are ready for shipment.
- Shipments exceeding $300 require a signature upon delivery.
- Any packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
