Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Purchases made in December can be returned up until January 15th.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should obtain tracking information, as we are not liable for lost or missing returns.

All Fit Balance items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and stickers attached, and folded in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or that do not meet our return policy will be rejected, and the item will either be sent back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges are only allowed for a different size or color of the same item.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing, we'll email you to confirm the completion of the return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fit Balance guarantees that its products are free from manufacturing defects for 30 days, provided that care instructions are followed. If you believe you received a defective item, please email us a photo of the defect along with your order number for our team to review before returning the product.

By placing an order with Fit Balance, customers agree to all our shipping, return policies, and terms and conditions.

Please note: Sale items may only be returned or exchanged for a different size of the same style and color. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
